Merrily but a dream . . .

This morning I am deeply present to how beautiful it is to be human.
I'm grateful because I often have this experience; yet, this morning, there's something even more special about it.
I have taken part in many workshops and consciousness-raising events, and this one was the gentlest, sweetest powerhouse punch to the gut I have ever been a part of.
Essentially, it's a call to awakening. Its message is timely, heart-centered, and urgent. The Pachamama mission is stated clearly:
To bring forth an environmentally sustainable, socially just, and spiritually fulfilling human presence on the planet as the guiding principle of our time.
Wow. Doesn't that hit it on the head? Isn't that what Zaadz is about? Gaiam? VISIONFORCE? Isn't that what we're all standing for?
I'd like to hear from folks about this. What are your thoughts? Have you participated in the Symposium? What did you think? How has it impacted your life?

This past weekend I had an opportunity to witness and participate in the Awakening the Dreamer, Changing the Dream Symposium produced by the Pachamama Alliance. If you have not yet participated in this event, I urge you to find the one nearest you and go.

I had the privilege of being one of the co-facilitators for the Awakening the Dreamer, Changing the Dream Symposium that Shawn attended. Of course, I would recommend you attend one as soon as possible. You can get a list of upcoming Symposiums at www.awakeningthedreamer.org. (Or use Shawn’s link to The Pachamama Alliance above, then click the Symposium link on the left.) But more over, once you have experienced this event, I would encourage you to consider engaging in the joyful work of bringing it to your own community. And if you are searching for a way to share the message of connection, unity-with-diversity and love of the Earth and all upon it with others in a way that will motivate them to become more awake, aware, empowered and connected, then I highly recommend becoming a Facilitator of the Awakening the Dreamer, Changing the Dream Symposium. The four-day training is absolutely life changing, and the act of facilitating a Symposium–well for me it was one of the most spiritually fulfilling things I have ever done. It really feels great to combine with other ‘imaginal cells’ to help form the beautiful butterfly that the Human Species is ‘morphing into as we emerge from the caterpillar of our old ways. In closing, may I say Namaste to you, and playing with the meaning a little, the Butterfly in me recognizes and honors the Butterfly in you.
Greetings, Glad to hear that this was such a rewarding experience…I have read with interest your comments about what took place at these events. Would it be possible to see a list of the ideas that came forth from the assembly? I feel like this would enable me to get a better sense of the intent of what took place and what action items will go forth..Thanks!
